- Ever since I learned how easy it is to roast beets I have been on a beet kick. Like a serious Beet Kick!

- So excited that last week I got to finally take a class at Cook and was in hog heaven with the gastronomic delights of Regis Jansen of Rex 1516. Yes Shamus I will most definitely be taking you up on your offer of 7-Up cake
- Going to Massachusetts this weekend and opted for train travel over the plane since I have panic attacks when I fly. (Yeah it’s a bummer)
- Trying to mentally prep myself for my own photo shoot in 2 weeks. Do you know how much I cringe at the thought of getting my picture taken? Ironic right?
- I feel bad for not watering my garden in over 3 weeks. My poor little flowers are looking so pitiful. (Don’t judge me I’ve been busy)
- The last thing I need for my office redo is a new chair and I have been hemming and hawing over pulling the trigger on one from Pottery Barn. What am I waiting on?
- Just finished reading book 2 of the Discovery of Witches series. Yeah someone has dark circles under the eyes after 3 nights of late night reading but it was soooooo worth it.
