A couple of months ago I worked with Amber Brien to redesign my business cards. I knew I wanted a design that was clean and simple, incorporated my love of letterpress, and also took inspiration from my love of kraft paper. I love what she came up with and I feel that it’s truly a reflection of my personal taste and style. I can remember as a girl being admonished for gravitating towards beige, gray, and black from my mother who loves color. She joked that I probably would paint my room black if I could (though the thought NEVER crossed my mind.) I have always gravitated towards things that are simple, neutral, understated, with clean lines. I don’t like a lot of fuss. I guess it goes perfectly with my laid back attitude.
I am so enamored right now with letterpress that I am trying to incorporate it as much as possible into my business collateral. I have letterpress business stationery and thank you cards and I am desperately trying to figure out other items I can get. Paper is a dangerous obsession!

Amber designed the cards on a beautiful think ecru paper with a subtle torn edge.

Abbey - Wow, I think I’ve died and gone to letterpress heaven!! Beautiful!!! I love people who are just as obsessed with paper as I am.
Amber B. - These turned out so great- LOVE working with you, Nicole!
